Michelle L. Rogers is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Science at Drexel University's College of Computing and Informatics. Her research focuses on the intersection of people, technology, and information, particularly in healthcare systems and broadening participation in STEM. She has secured funding from NSF, Spencer Foundation, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Nokia Corporation.

From 2020–2022, she served as a program officer at NSF's CNS division, advancing Broadening Participation in Computing (BPC) initiatives.
Advising and grants: Rogers has secured multidisciplinary grants and led collaborations across industrial design, dance, and education. She also investigated HIT in Ugandan maternal health systems with midwives and community health workers.
