Kristīne Ogle is an art historian affiliated with the Latvian Academy of Arts, specializing in Art History and Cultural Heritage. She has studied at the Riga College of Applied Arts and the Department of Art History at the Latvian Academy of Arts, and her research focuses on sacred architecture, Latvian national landscape painting, and medieval art.
- Teaching: BA History of Latvian Art (1850–1915), BA History of Latvian Art (1915–1945), BA Theory and Practice of Archival Studies, MA Latvian Baroque Architecture and Art, MA History of Western Art
Her research spans 19th to 21st-century European art contexts, emphasizing Baltic cultural identity and religious iconography. She has authored over 30 publications and led multiple grant-funded projects.
