Kristina Kofoot

Kristina Kofoot serves as Assistant Adjunct Professor in the Recreation, Tourism and Nonprofit Leadership department at the University of Northern Iowa's College of Education and as Assistant Director of the Office of Community Engagement. She actively contributes to community organizations, including the Waterloo Cedar Falls Symphony board and the Youth Art Team.

• MA in Leisure, Youth and Human Services with Nonprofit Management focus from UNI

Her research and professional interests center on nonprofit leadership, community development, and youth program management. She directs a summer camp for the Episcopal Diocese of Iowa and advises the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance student organization.

Kristina Kofoot's professional recognitions include earning the Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) designation. Her work bridges academic instruction with practical community engagement initiatives.
