Kristina Collén is a Lecturer at Örebro University's School of Behavioural, Social and Legal Sciences. Holding a Master's degree in Social Work and training in creative writing, she has taught at the university since 2010, managing major courses like Human Development, Vulnerability and Psychosocial Interventions (30 credits) for the Social Work Program and Social Work with People with Disabilities (7.5 credits).

- Developed the Alma model for girls with NPF (Neuropsychiatric Disabilities)
- Participates in Accessible environments in Upper Secondary Special Schools research
Her research focuses on Social Work intersections with neuropsychiatric conditions, digital interventions, and special education. She collaborates with Vivalla Trainstation and Awake Project theater company. Publications include academic articles and creative works addressing autism, ADHD, and social sustainability.
