Kristin Ferguson

Dr. Kristin Ferguson is a Professor at Arizona State University's School of Social Work and Director of the Arizona Housing Analytics Collaborative (AzHAC). Her research focuses on designing and evaluating vocational interventions for homeless youth that integrate employment services with clinical support. She investigates supported employment models and social enterprise interventions.

Research areas include LGBTQ+ homeless youth, trauma-informed care, and multisectoral approaches to homelessness. Her work examines systemic barriers, survival strategies, and service gaps affecting vulnerable youth populations.

Dr. Ferguson develops evidence-based practices for integrating mental health support with workforce development programs. She leads tri-university collaborations to inform housing policy and care coordination through data analytics.
