Dr. Kristie Chavez serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Small Animal Emergency Medicine and Critical Care at Mississippi State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She earned her DVM from Mississippi State University in 2007 and gained extensive clinical experience at a 24/7 emergency practice in Northern Mississippi before returning to join the faculty.
