Kristi Pikk is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tartu. She holds a part-time position (0.25–0.75 fractional appointments) and is actively involved in educational research, particularly focusing on teacher practices, beliefs, and their impact on primary school students' mathematics motivation and learning outcomes.

Supervision: Kristi is supervised by Äli Leijen, Krista Uibu, and Jelena Radišic for her PhD research on teacher practices and student motivation in mathematics education.
