Kristen Reuter

Kristen Reuter is an Instructor in Internal Medicine & Geriatrics at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, UNTHSC. She serves as Director of Social Services for the UNTHSC Center for Geriatrics and holds certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer.

• MS in Social Work, University of Texas at Arlington

Her research focuses on dementia caregiving dynamics, monitoring technology for Alzheimer's patients, and caregiver support systems. Recent work examines the effectiveness of monitoring technologies for family caregivers.
