Kristen Gillespie-Lynch is a Professor of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the College of Staten Island (CSI) and the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. She directs CSI’s Advanced Certificate Program in Autism and leads participatory autism research initiatives, emphasizing collaboration with neurodivergent individuals. Her work focuses on improving support systems for autistic individuals through mentorship programs like Building Bridges Project REACH and online autism trainings.
