Dr. Jennifer Spoor is an Associate Professor of Management/HRM at the La Trobe Business School and Research Director (Vocational Engagement) at the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre (OTARC), La Trobe University. Her work focuses on neurodiversity, disability inclusion, and organizational contexts influencing employment outcomes. She holds a PhD and MS in Social Psychology from Purdue University and a Graduate Certificate in Disability Practice from La Trobe University.
Research Interests: Autism Employment, Neurodiversity Workplace Integration, Disability Employment Policies, Health & Well-being at Work, Long-COVID Employment Impacts, Gender Leadership, Social Identity Theory.
