Kristen DiGiovanni

Kristen DiGiovanni serves as Associate Dean at Endicott College’s School of Education, focusing on educator preparation programs centered on equity, social-emotional learning, and field-based practice. Her academic work examines teacher identity, resilience, and reflective inquiry in inclusive educational environments.

She participates in the Deans for Impact organization and presented at the TED 2019 CEC conference. Her collaborations include studies on educator motivation and identity development.
