Kriss Kevorkian, PhD, MSW, is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles. A renowned Thanatologist, she specializes in Biocentric Thanatology, Environmental Grief, and Ecological Grief. She founded A Grieving World and Legal Rights for the Salish Sea, advocating for holistic grief support and marine ecosystem rights. Her teaching spans institutions in the U.S. and U.K.
