Krishna R. Kalari

Krishna R. Kalari, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in Biomedical Informatics at the Mayo Clinic. She holds a primary appointment as a Consultant in the Division of Computational Biology within the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences. Her research focuses on systems pharmacology approaches to investigate cancer genomics and drug response mechanisms, integrating genomic data with computational models.

Recent projects include modeling synergistic effects of insulin resistance and amyloid-beta in Alzheimer's pathology.
