Kowan O’Keefe

Kowan O’Keefe, originally from Kamloops, British Columbia, is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Center for Global Sustainability within the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. His work integrates advanced modeling techniques to analyze Canadian climate policy frameworks, focusing on their alignment with global net-zero targets.
