Professor Kostas Bozos holds the Chair in International Accounting and Finance at the Leeds University Business School, where he also serves as Head of the Accounting and Finance Department. His research focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, International Accounting and Finance, Market-Based Accounting, and Corporate Governance.
