Professor Konstantinos Bozos is the Head of the Accounting & Finance Department at Leeds University Business School and holds the Chair in International Accounting & Finance. He joined the University of Leeds in 2009 as an Assistant Professor and has since held leadership roles, including membership in the Faculty Executive Group. His expertise spans Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and International Finance, with a focus on contextual factors influencing managerial decision-making.
