Prof. Dr. Konstantin Minoski is a Full Professor at the Institute of Sociology, Faculty of Philosophy, University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. He holds a doctorate in Sociological Sciences (2005) and has served as associate professor (2010–2014) before becoming full professor. His research focuses on ethnic groups, sociological theories, sports sociology, and political sociology. He speaks English and is a former president of the Association of Sociologists of the Republic of Macedonia (2013–2018).
Educational Background: Graduated (1991), Master's (1998), and PhD (2005) in Sociology from the same institution. He has taught courses across all academic cycles, including 'Sociological Theories,' 'Sociology of Ethnic Groups,' and 'Sports Policy.'
Research Interests: Ethnic conflicts, nationalism, social development factors, and youth studies. His work often intersects with post-1990 Macedonian sociopolitical dynamics and European integration trends.
Publications: Over 30 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, including works on ethnic displacement trauma, student value orientations, and rural entrepreneurship. Notable projects include the European Values Study (EVS) collaboration and UNDP-linked youth development initiatives.
Grants & Awards: Led multiple funded projects on rural development, minority integration, and EU policy analysis. Active in international collaborations through TEMPUS and EU-funded research networks.
