Konstantin Kvach serves as an Instructor at Pacific University, teaching Music and Music Performance from his office in the Taylor-Meade Performing Arts Center (200B, Forest Grove campus). Born in Russia, this acclaimed bass vocalist maintains an active international performance career spanning Germany, Baltic States, and the Czech Republic—including appearances with the Prague Symphony at Dvořak Hall—alongside extensive U.S. collaborations with Portland Opera, Oregon Symphony, and regional orchestras.
His artistic expertise centers on Opera and Vocal Performance, demonstrating exceptional versatility across bel canto (Handel, Mozart, Rossini) and dramatic repertoire (Verdi, Puccini). Mr. Kvach has performed over 15 major roles including Sparafucile (Rigoletto), Prince Gremin (Eugene Onegin), and Sarastro (Die Zauberflöte), noted for both technical precision and dramatic power.
