Prof. Konstantin Korotov is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESMT Berlin since 2005, achieving tenure in 2011. He has held key roles including Faculty Lead for the Executive MBA program, co-founder and Director of the ESMT Center for Leadership Development Research (CLDR), and Associate Dean of Executive Education. His academic journey includes a PhD in Management from INSEAD, complemented by MSc degrees from INSEAD and New York University, alongside a linguistics background from Moscow Linguistic University.
Research interests center on leadership development, executive coaching methodologies, and organizational career dynamics. He has authored seven books, numerous academic articles, business cases, and book chapters, receiving accolades for case-study excellence and teaching innovation.
