Prof. Konstantin Korotov is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESMT Berlin since 2005, achieving tenure in 2011. He has held key roles including Faculty Lead for the Executive MBA program, co-founder and Director of the ESMT Center for Leadership Development Research (CLDR), and Associate Dean of Executive Education. His academic journey includes a PhD in Management from INSEAD, complemented by MSc degrees from INSEAD and New York University, alongside a linguistics background from Moscow Linguistic University.
Research interests center on leadership development, executive coaching methodologies, and organizational career dynamics. He has authored seven books, numerous academic articles, business cases, and book chapters, receiving accolades for case-study excellence and teaching innovation. His executive education expertise extends to global firms like Siemens, Bosch, Daimler, and Allianz.
Korotov founded the ESMT Coaching Colloquia, a premier platform for executive coaches, and maintains a dual role as a practicing leadership coach specializing in complex organizational challenges. His consulting practice advises multinational corporations on leadership strategies. Past professional experience includes leadership roles at Ernst & Young and NYU.
