Koji Aikyo is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Waseda University (since 2020). His research focuses on Comparative Constitutional Law, particularly examining British and Japanese Constitutionalism, Political Constitutional Theory, and Public Law. With a PhD in Law from Waseda University, he has held positions at Nagoya University (2004-2005) and Shinshu University (1999-2003). His academic contributions include analyzing constitutional debates, judicial power criticism, and human rights frameworks across Japan and the UK.
