Kofi Britwum is an Assistant Professor of Farm Management and Agricultural Economics at the Department of Applied Economics & Statistics, University of Delaware, affiliated with the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. His work focuses on food marketing, farm management, and consumer preference analysis.
- Education: Ph.D. (University of Nebraska-Lincoln, 2017), M.S. (University of Delaware, 2013), B.S. (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, 2006)
Research interests include food marketing, the adoption of novel food attributes, cultural heritage's impact on consumer preferences, and agricultural extension practices. His role involves teaching and contributing to the department's academic and applied economics initiatives.
