Kelly Davidson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Economics & Statistics at the University of Delaware, affiliated with the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. Her work focuses on behavioral economics, agricultural policy, and gender/nutrition dynamics in development.
- Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Florida (2017)
- M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Kentucky (2009)
- B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Kentucky (2008)
Dr. Davidson teaches courses on strategic marketing, international agricultural trade, and buyer communication, including APEC345, APEC410, and APEC412. Her research bridges experimental economics with real-world applications in food systems and policy.
