Knut Sande is a Research Fellow (on leave) and PhD candidate in the Department of Private Law at the University of Oslo's Faculty of Law. His academic interests include Contract Law, Tort Law, Property Law, Company Law, and Dynamic Property Law. He holds a Master's degree in Law (2017) with a thesis on risk distribution in construction law. From 2018–2021, he served as a University Lecturer at the Department of Private Law, teaching mandatory courses on contract law, corporate law, and dynamic property law.
