Kira Clingen is the Daniel Urban Kiley Fellow and Lecturer in Landscape Architecture at Harvard Graduate School of Design. She specializes in place-based scenario planning and visualizing climate futures through speculative fiction. Affiliated with the Office for Urbanization, she led the multi-year 'Compound Vulnerabilities: The Case of Cape Ann' project addressing coastal climate adaptation in Massachusetts. Born and raised on the Gulf of Maine, her work bridges ecological science and design practice.
