Kimberly Reeve is an Associate Professor of Business, Chair of the Program in Business and Finance, and Dean of Academic Affairs at The King’s College in New York City. She has been with the institution since March 2016. Her teaching focuses on International Business, Decision-Making and Negotiations, and Nonprofit Management. Prior to academia, she served as a management consultant for businesses and nonprofits across the U.S., Europe, South America, and Africa, including establishing the European office of an Amsterdam-based consulting firm.
Reeve holds a Ph.D. in International Business from the International School of Management, an MBA in Nonprofit Management and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, and a B.A. in Government, French, and Music from Colby College. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Global Affairs from New York University.
Her research emphasizes mergers/acquisitions in nonprofit sectors, impact measurement in social enterprises, and sustainability practices in extractive industries. She serves on the boards of the Jeannette Rankin Scholarship Foundation and the International School of Management. She resides in Newark, NJ, with her husband Dan, restoring their historic 300-year-old home.
