Dr. Kimberly Hadley holds dual roles as Executive Vice President and Associate Professor of Business at John Brown University (JBU). She oversees diverse institutional functions including accounting, facilities, enrollment management, and athletics. Her academic background includes a DBA in Marketing (Anderson University), an MBA and BSBA in Accounting (University of Arkansas), and an A.A. from Westark Community College.
Her professional expertise spans public accounting, internal audit, and higher education administration. Awards include the 2020 Arkansas Business Education CFO of the Year. She actively participates in leadership roles with SACUBO, ECFA, and CCCU, focusing on financial accountability and institutional governance.
Kim has served JBU since 2004, initially in faculty roles before transitioning to senior administrative positions. Community involvement includes board roles with the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas and the Children & Family Advocacy Center. She and her husband Kelly are members of Lost Bridge Community Church, with three adult children.
