Kimberley Regan

Kimberley Regan serves as Senior Lecturer Practitioner at Anglia Ruskin University within the School of Allied Health and Social Care, Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care. Her clinical expertise centers on women's health physiotherapy with specialized focus on pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions and pelvic floor dysfunction management.

Research priorities encompass evidence-based interventions for bladder urge incontinence using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, postnatal rehabilitation protocols for diastasis recti abdominis, and systemic improvements in student-to-professional transition pathways. As Placement Lead for Physiotherapy and Admissions Tutor at ARU, she has mentored students for eight years while developing placement frameworks.
