Kim Lafferty

Dr Kim Lafferty is a Visiting Professor at Cranfield School of Management, contributing expertise in learning, leadership, and organisational development. With a career spanning diverse industries—including food retailing, civil engineering, construction, and professional services—she has held significant roles such as Vice President People Effectiveness at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for 12 years, where she managed global learning and development for 100,000 employees across 100+ countries.
