Kim Kiely

Dr. Kim Kiely is a Lecturer in Statistics and Data Science at the University of Wollongong, holding a joint position across the School of Mathematics and Applied Statistics and the School of Social Sciences. He specializes in healthy ageing research, focusing on life-course epidemiology, social psychiatry, and gerontology. His key research areas include behavioral/social determinants of health expectancy, sensory ageing, social inequalities in longevity, and dementia prevention.

Dr. Kiely teaches advanced courses in public health programs such as Data Science and Machine Learning for Health, Managing and Communicating Health Data, and Observational Epidemiology.
