As a founder of Unfragmented LLC, she operates a private practice focusing on coaching, consulting, and healing-centered approaches. Holding a PhD in Educational Leadership from Iowa State University, her career spans over two decades in student affairs, emphasizing support for historically marginalized students through identity-conscious practices.
