Kim Davies

Kim Davies is a Lecturer in Physical Geography at Bath Spa University's School of Sciences. Specializing in Quaternary Science and palaeoecology, her research focuses on reconstructing long-term environmental change in cold environments using proxies like ancient DNA, lipid biomarkers, and chironomid analysis.

Current teaching responsibilities include core geographical skills and advanced environmental methods modules such as Environmental Change, Geographical Research Methods, and Disaster Risk Reduction. She is an active member of the Quaternary Research Association.
