Kim Anh Dang

Kim Anh Dang is a Vietnamese lecturer at the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety, Hanoi Medical University, and a PhD candidate affiliated with the Queensland Alliance for Environmental Health Sciences (QAEHS). She completed her Doctor of Medicine (2018) and Master of Public Health (2019) at Hanoi Medical University, with her thesis focusing on Nutrition and Dietetics.

Her research focuses on metabolic syndrome, obesity, and their relationship with nutritional status and dietary patterns in Vietnam. She has extensive experience in community nutrition and medical statistics. The QAEHS HDR Student Project "The Metabolic Syndrome in Relation to Nutritional Status and Food Consumption Patterns among Adults in Vietnam" aligns with her PhD work.

As a lecturer, she contributes to education in nutrition and food safety. Her current PhD research, initiated in 2021, expands her expertise into advanced studies of metabolic disorders in Vietnamese populations.
