Kiley Arroyo serves as Adjunct Faculty at Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD) and is the founding executive director of the Cultural Strategies Council (CSC), an interdisciplinary research organization established in 2007 that advances equitable development, participatory democracy, and creative systems change through culture and critical imagination. Her work prioritizes amplifying voice and agency of vulnerable groups across urban, rural, and indigenous contexts globally.

Dr. Arroyo's research integrates Arts and Culture with Social Justice frameworks, leveraging Complexity Theory to design transformative solutions for societal challenges. Her expertise extends to Futures Literacy for equitable development, Participatory Democracy systems, and sustainable practices through Permaculture and Agroecology.
