Kieran Conroy is a Reader in the International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing (IBEM) department at Queen's Business School, Queen's University Belfast. He serves as Programme Director for the MSc International Business program and teaches courses in global strategy, international management, and international HRM.

His work examines headquarter-subsidiary relationships, global mobility, knowledge coordination, and global human capital. He investigates power and influence dynamics within multinational enterprises, contributing to our understanding of how these organizations operate across international boundaries.
