Esther Tippmann is Professor of Strategy, Leadership and Change at University of Galway and Co-Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Growth and Scaling (CEGS). Her research examines scaling processes in multinational corporations and technology ventures.
Research focuses on global scaling strategies, subsidiary initiatives in multinational enterprises, and leadership challenges in distributed organizations.
