Khin Phyo Hlaing is an Assistant Professor at the Sobey School of Business, Saint Mary's University. Their research focuses on tax policies' impact on corporate decisions, financial reporting quality, and executive compensation structures. They hold a PhD in Accounting from the University of Waterloo and multiple degrees from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, including an MBA and engineering background from Yangon Institute of Technology.
