Khaled Bahjri is a Professor at Loma Linda University, holding joint appointments in the School of Pharmacy (Department of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences) and the School of Public Health. He has been actively contributing to academic medicine since joining LLU, with a robust background in clinical research, biostatistics, and public health.
His educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Our Lady of Fatima University, a Master of Public Health (MPH), and a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) from Loma Linda University, completed in 1999, 2003, and 2014, respectively.
Dr. Bahjri's research spans a broad range of topics in public health and pharmacy, including medication safety in geriatrics, pediatric pharmacotherapy, chronic disease management, health disparities, and environmental health impacts. His recent publications reflect a strong emphasis on clinical outcomes, public health interventions, and statistical analysis in diverse populations.
The trends in his recent articles show a consistent focus on pharmacoepidemiology, clinical pharmacy, and preventive medicine, particularly in vulnerable populations such as neonates, older adults, and transplant recipients. His work frequently involves collaboration across disciplines and institutions, underscoring his role as a team-oriented researcher.

Dr. Bahjri currently teaches Pharmaceutical Calculations, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics in the School of Pharmacy. He previously directed the Research Consulting Group at the School of Public Health and continues to provide statistical support to students and faculty. His work is integral to advancing evidence-based practice in pharmacy and public health at Loma Linda University.
