Kevin Steede is a Lecturer in Occupational Therapy at the University of Plymouth's School of Health Professions (Faculty of Health). He serves as Programme Lead for the MOccTh Occupational Therapy programme and Admissions Tutor for both the BSc (Hons) and MOccTh Occupational Therapy programmes. His roles include managing admissions, Values-Based Recruitment, International Admissions, and Marketing.
Education: Qualified as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Plymouth and completed an MSc Advanced Occupational Therapy in 2018, with research focusing on service users' experiences of Occupational Therapy in acute mental health settings.
Teaching responsibilities span a broad range of modules across undergraduate and pre-registration programmes, including module leadership for DAOCT403/OCT408 Foundations for Occupational Therapy Practice 2 and DAOCT503/OCT528 Occupational Studies: The Young Person; Interruptions and Transitions. He also supervises undergraduate and pre-registration MSc research students.
