Kevin Schaub serves as an Associate Teaching Professor and Faculty Director of BCOR Stats at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder, within the Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics department. With his extensive professional background spanning multiple engineering disciplines and business fields, he brings valuable practical experience to his academic role.

Professor Schaub teaches statistics, organizational behavior, management, Excel in business, and FGX courses. As one of the inaugural instructors in the Leeds RAP program, he has significantly shaped business education at the university. Currently, he serves as coordinator for both BCOR 1025 and BCOR 2202 courses, demonstrating his leadership within the academic community. His teaching approach is enriched by his international experience from living and working in Finland along with numerous overseas trips.
Professor Schaub's professional journey before academia included diverse roles as a civil engineering draftsman, electrical engineer, quality assurance engineer, IT engineer, quality and statistical consultant, Macintosh consultant, real estate appraiser, management consultant, and small business owner. This broad experience makes him a versatile educator who can connect theoretical concepts with real-world business applications across multiple disciplines.
