Kevin Jones

Kevin Jones is an Associate Professor and Director of the NASP-approved Specialist in School Psychology program at Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS), affiliated with the Department of Psychology in the College of Education & Human Development. He has held this position since 2008.

• Degrees: PhD in School Psychology from LSU Baton Rouge (1996), SSP and BS from LSU Shreveport

Dr. Jones specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis, Reading Intervention, and School-Based Consultation, with a focus on behavioral pediatrics and academic interventions. His publications, dating from 1999-2009, emphasize behavioral strategies and educational support systems. He teaches graduate courses in learning theories, psychological assessment, and its practicum at LSUS.
