Kevin Dickson

Kevin Dickson is an Interim Dean and Professor at the Harrison College of Business and Computing at Southeast Missouri State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas at Austin, with additional degrees from Brigham Young University. His administrative roles include chairing the Department of Management, leading the Jane Stephens Honors Program, and serving on the Faculty Senate. He has received extensive teaching awards, including multiple Students’ Choice Awards and the Copper Dome Faculty Fellow distinction. His research focuses on organizational behavior, management practices, and leadership dynamics, with notable contributions to tenure policy frameworks and workforce demographics. Dickson has taught globally in Denmark and Brazil and actively participates in professional organizations like the Academy of Management. His work integrates insights from organizational culture, team performance, and HR strategies.
