Kevin C. Wooten serves as Professor of Management and Human Resource Management in the College of Business at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, following his tenure as the university's inaugural Chief Strategy Officer. His professional profile bridges significant industrial experience—including nine years managing corporate training for a Fortune 500 corporation and three years as Vice President/Staff Psychologist at a national consulting firm—with academic leadership.
