Kevin Anthony Hofhuis is a tenure-track researcher at the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) in the Laboratory for Nano and Quantum Technologies under the Center for Photon Science. He holds a double MSc in Nanotechnology and Applied Physics from the University of Twente and a PhD jointly affiliated with ETH Zurich and PSI. After a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University, he returned to PSI in late 2022 to advance cutting-edge lithography research.
