Kerstin Steinbrink

Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Kerstin Steinbrink is a Professor at the Clinic for Dermatology at University Hospital Münster (Universitätsklinikum Münster), affiliated with the University of Münster's Medical School. She leads the Steinbrink Group: Molecular Immunology of the Skin and is actively involved in the Cells in Motion research program and Multiscale Imaging Centre. Her work bridges clinical dermatology with fundamental immunological research.

Professor Steinbrink's research focuses on immunology, particularly the induction and analysis of immune tolerance, molecular mechanisms of inflammatory skin diseases and skin cancer, contact hypersensitivity, and the therapeutic use of nanoparticles.
