Dr. Kerstin Grosch is an Assistant Professor at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) within the Institute for Markets and Strategy, and a Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna (IHS). Her research focuses on behavioral and experimental economics, examining labor-market, financial, and educational contexts with a focus on underrepresented groups. She designs lab-in-the-field experiments to inform equitable institutional policies and has conducted studies in Ghana. Her work bridges economic theory with applied insights on compliance, occupational choice, and ethical behavior.

- Ph.D. in Economics, University of Goettingen (2014–2017)
- M.Sc. in Economics, Technical University of Dresden (2011–2013)
- B.Sc. in Economics, Technical University of Dresden (2007–2011)
Research Interests: Experimental methods, job-related attitudes, (un)ethical behavior, patience, and saving behavior. Recent studies explore children and adolescents' behavioral patterns.
