Kerstin Carlson

Kerstin Carlson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Sciences and Business at Roskilde University. She holds additional positions as a Global Fellow at the University of Copenhagen and a Lecturer at The American University of Paris. Her research focuses on legal doctrine and its societal implications, particularly in transitional justice, terror law, and criminal law. She actively follows terror trials in Denmark, Norway, and France, and examines the Colombian JEP court's role in post-conflict justice through a decolonial lens.
