Kenneth Pucker is an Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and holds roles as an advisory director at Berkshire Partners and founding member of its Responsible Investment Committee. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Timberland (2000–2007). His expertise spans sustainability, ESG investing, fashion, and retail. Ken holds an SM from MIT Sloan School of Management (1990) and a BA from Middlebury College (1985).
His research focuses on integrating sustainability into business strategies and ESG frameworks. He has published in journals such as the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Institutional Investor, Harvard Business Review, and Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, emphasizing topics like corporate governance, ethical investing, and sustainable business dynamics.
