Kenneth Kam is a Hong Kong guitarist and lutenist based in Rochester, New York. He serves as a part-time lecturer at SUNY Brockport and Nazareth University, while also holding a faculty position at the Eastman Community Music School under the University of Rochester. As artistic director of the International Fringe Association, he organizes the International Fringe Virtual Guitar Competition.
