Kenneth Clark is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow in Economics at the University of Manchester and research fellow at IZA Bonn. He serves on the UK School Teachers' Review Body advising on teacher pay policy.

- Wage inequality dynamics
- Policy impacts on minority employment
Recent publications analyze COVID-19 impacts on ethnic minority apprenticeships, university race equality policies, and changing wage gap distributions. As co-investigator for the Centre on Dynamics of Ethnicity (CoDE), he develops evidence-based policies addressing labor market inequalities.
He previously directed teaching in social sciences and contributes to public debate through media engagements on economic inclusion policies.
