Kendra Liddicoat is an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, College of Natural Resources, Department of Natural Resources. Her work spans environmental education, equity and inclusion in outdoor spaces, and social science research methods, with a focus on documenting the lasting impacts of environmental education experiences and advocating for inclusive outdoor recreation.
- Ph.D. in Natural Resources (Environmental Education focus) from Cornell University
- M.S. in Recreation and Leisure Studies (Outdoor Environmental Education and Therapeutic Recreation concentrations) from SUNY at Cortland
- B.A. in Biology from Swarthmore College
Her research interests include the inclusion of people with disabilities in outdoor recreation, summer camp programming impacts, and advancing equity in environmental education. Kendra has worked extensively with camps and nature centers across the U.S., including roles as an environmental educator and program director for camps serving individuals with disabilities.
